How fast will someone arrive?

We aim to have a technician en route within 45 minutes of your call. Actual arrival depends on distance, traffic, and site access, but most urban locations see boots on the ground in two hours or less.

What is a pre-authorized hold?

It’s a temporary hold on your card for the amount shown in Step 2. Nothing is captured until the job is finished and reconciled to actual time and materials.

Can I cancel after seeing the rates?

Absolutely. If you decide not to proceed at the final confirmation step, the hold is voided automatically and your card is not charged.

Do you handle insurance paperwork?

For water cleanup, roof, and board-up jobs, we provide detailed photos and scope notes you can forward to your insurer.
